'simple ingredients we always see at home ladies and gentlemen:  -Marinate- 1 Lb Chicken Thighs boneless 2 Tbsp Light soy sauce 2 Tbsp Dark soy sauce 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Chili flakes 2 pinch Cayenne pepper 1 half Lemon  -Coat the Chicken with Flour,Cayenne pepper, Black Pepper, Salt-  -Crepe (Banh Xeo)- 100 g Plain flour 100 g Rice flour 200 ml Light Coconut Cream 200 ml Water 1 tsp Turmeric powder 1 tsp Salt 100 ml BEER!!!  -Vietnamese Sauce- 1 Red Chilies 2 Cloves of Garlic 3 Tbsp water 1 Fish sauce 1 half Lemon 1 Tbsp Ketchup 1 tsp sugar  Lettuce Spinach Rocket Bean Sprout'
