Here\'s a quick recipe on how to make this delicious Japanese Fried Chicken at home.  Ingredients: Boneless chicken thighs (skin on or skinless) Salt, pepper, soy sauce, sake, garlic, ginger All purpose flour Corn starch Vegetable oil Lemon Siracha/Mayonnaise to make spicy mayo sauce.  You can find all of these ingredients at your local market, it doesn\'t have to be at an asian market at all.  Serve as an appetizer or main dish, with lemon and spicy mayo.
