'My Go To Daily Breakfast | Muscle Building Vegan Smoothie'

'People often are concerned about getting enough calories and protein on a vegan diet, I use smoothies to aid me. They\'re quick and convenient too. This is my go to daily breakfast which hasn\'t really changed since turning Vegan back in November 2015.   What went into it:  - Alpro chocolate Soya Milk (or plain if you prefer to keep sugar low) - 100g ASDA bran flakes - 25 Almonds - 3 seedless dates - 2 tablespoons of dessicated coconut - 15g of reflex vegan protein (I don\'t need a full serving to get to my daily protein requirements).   Nutrition: 970 Calories, 125g Carbs, 43g Protein, 31g Fat   This smoothie gives me the biggest whack of my daily sugar which I don\'t mind as it\'s post workout. I\'ll usually eat a kiwi with this smoothie (vitamin C) to help with iron absorption.
