So this video can help you a lot if you are a student and you have budget issues . This diet is totally affordable and at the same time i gave alternative for  veg , nonveg and for  supplements too.   Toh ye full day of eating  diet plan hai mere unn sabhi bhaiyo ke liye jinpe jyada paise nhi hai bodybuilding karne ke liye . Aap dekh sakte ho mene esa kuch bhi nhi istmaal kiya jo ki kaafi mehnga ho . Toh aap bhi ek idea lga sakte ho  diet plan ko banane ka apneliye iss video ko dekh ke  In this full day of eating video  We are taking almost     Total calories -  3150     Macros :-           158g of protein          400g of carbs           100g of fat    [ PS : I am eating in caloric surplus from my maintenance calories . So, this diet is according to my maintenance calories and goal, This is just a blue print, Thats why if this diet is working for me then it doesn\'t mean that it will work for everyone.
