'HSP - HALAL SNACK PACK - Melbourne street food invention - Australian food tour'

'In this episode of The Hunger Fixer\'s food tour of Melbourne we try an iconic Melbourne food invention, a late night snack called HSP or Halal Snack Pack.  We try Smith Kebab\'s in Fitroy, for their awesome HSP, one of the largest Halal Snack Packs sold in the area.  There is an option of Lamb Or Chicken or Mixed HSP, and we chose the mixed HSP to taste both the Lamb and Chicken combined.  The result was one of the best HSP I\'ve had for a long time. The chips were hot, crispy and fresh while the sliced rotisserie meats were well marinated which was full of   flavour and saturated the chips underneath.
