'A $170 million package is being rolled out to revive Australia\'s food exports after the industry was grounded by the coronavirus emergency. The government will facilitate an estimated 200 flights to countries including China, Japan, Hong Kong and the UAE to ensure Australia’s agriculture industry is kept afloat. Agriculture Minister David Littleproud said the freight mission would start immediately. “We’re not going to mess around with this, this is about making sure there is continuity for not only our Australian sector but supply chains around the world - proving that Australian agriculture is the best and also one of the most reliable in the world,” he said.
