We\'re big fans of Shokugeki no Souma / Food Wars! and in this video we attempted to make one of his most iconic dishes that made the anime popular.   Ingredients:  \"\"Roast Pork\" 7 Potatoes 2 King Oyster Mushrooms 1 1/2 Onions 10-12 Slices of Bacon  Special Sauce 1 Cup of Red Wine 2 tbs of Soy Sauce 1 tbs Sweet Sake 1 tbs Unsalted Butter Sprigs of Rosemary   \"Roast Pork\" Steps:  1. Peel  potatoes potatoes and cut in half. Boil for  20-30 mins. 2. Finely chop/dice onions and mushrooms. 3. Mash potatoes when ready, then mix onions and mushrooms.  4. Shape potato into 1 or 2 log forms. Wrap with bacon and hold in place with toothpicks. When fully wrapped, sprinkle sprigs of Rosemary. 5. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place in oven to cook for 30-45 minutes.   Special Sauce Steps: 1. Pour 1 cup of red wine into cooking pan at full cooking temperature.  2. Add 2 tbs of soy sauce, 1 tbs of sweet sake, and 1 tbs of butter. 3. Pour sauce onto \"Roast Pork\" when ready.  4.
