'INGREDIENTS :  2 eggs 20 g sugar 40 g of all purpose flour 1 tsp of baking powder few drops of vanilla essence strawberry extracts (optional) strawberry jam for filling          A classic Japanese confection, Dorayaki is made of honey pancake sandwich with sweet red bean filling. It\'s wildly popular amongst the children and adult alike in Japan.        I used strawberry jam instead of the usual filling coz it\'s nice to have some vibrant, red stuff in our food this Heart/ Love Month.
