Like us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/foodtravelfunchannel  Manga pulisseri:  Cooking Mango: -----------------  Ingredients:  Mango -1 (underripe) Turmeric Powder - 2 teaspoon Chilli Powder - 2 teaspoon Jaggery Powder - 4 teaspoon (or 2 cubes) Salt to taste  Peel one underripe mango and chop in small pieces.  Heat a pot on medium flame and add the chopped mango. Add enough water to cover the mango Add turmeric powder, chili powder, jaggery powder & salt Cook covered for 15 minutes  Blending Yogurt: ———————— Ingredients:   Shredded Coconut - 2 cups Green chillies - 6 Plain water - A little Cumin Seeds - 1/2 teaspoon Yogurt/Curd - 4 cups Curry leaves - A few  Fine grind coconut and green chillies with adding a little water in a blender Now add the cumin seeds and grind again Add 4 cups of thick yogurt/curd and blend again  Pour the blended yogurt mixture to the mango in the pot  Blend 2 cups of the yogurt in the blender and add to the pot on the stove Add a few curry leaves also to the mango in the pot  Roast 1 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds in a pan Crush the roasted fenugreek and add to the mango in the pot  Seasoning Preparation: ———————————- Ingredients:  Coconut Oil - 3 teaspoon Mustard Seeds - 2 teaspoon Curry Leaves - Few Fenugreek Seeds - 1/4 teaspoon Dry red chillies - 3  Splutter mustard seeds in coconut oil Add fenugreek seeds , curry leaves and red chillies  Pour the seasoning to the pot and stir  Enjoy with Rice!!  #pulisseri #keralastylepulisseri'
