'This video will show you the basics on how to prep your meals. I like to prep every 3 days just so the foods stay fresh.   Meal prep may seems daunting at first but it can usually take about an hour which is usually more time we spend cooking one meal. Its well worth it when you realize all you have to do is grab your lunch and go.  Meal prep helps you stay on track and have your foods already portioned out for you.
