This will only take 15 minutes and you\'re set for the day!  160 grams of protein and only 1,965 calories which is perfect for cutting!  300g of red lentils 500g of frozen peas vegan pulled chicken 200g Soy beans 125g  I did have a target of 50 subscribers in my first month but we are on just over 200 after 20 days.
