Banh Xeo (Vietnamese Sizzling Pancake): - 100g rice flour - 100g all purpose flour - 1 tsp tumeric - 250ml water - 250ml coconut milk - sesame oil for crisping edges (optional) * This is straight from the Shokugeki No Soma / Food Wars manga! * Sorry for the typo in the video (Ban = banh)  Spicy sauce (Vietnamese Dipping Sauce Inspired): - 3 tablespoon chili sauce (Sriracha would work, and ketchup if you hate spicy!) - 1 tablespoon fish sauce - 1 tablespoon lemon - 1/2 tablespoon honey to make it thicc!'
