Do try this recipe at home and let us know how it was.  #thefoodjunction #chinesecuisine #bakedchickenmomoaugratin #augratin #momo #chicken #snacks #wowmomo #nonveg #easyrecipes #japanesecuisine #indiancuisine #cookingshow #5minutesrecipes #foodchannel #food #starters #appetizers  Recipe in Bengali-   বেকড চিকেন মোমো অগ্রাটিন ------------------------------------------ উপকরণ ------------- চিকেন মোমো ৫ পিস সেদ্ধ করা চাউমিন ১ বাটি লাল বেল পেপার,হলুদ বেল পেপার,ক্যাপসিকাম আর পেয়াঁজ কুচানো কিছুটা করে। গোলমরিচ গুঁড়ো ½ চা চামচ সোয়া সস ১ টেবিল চামচ চিনি ১ চা চামচ পিৎজা - পাস্ত্তা সস ড্রাই পার্সলে অল পারপাস সিজনিং সাদা তেল ১ টেবিল চামচ মাখন সামান্য নুন স্বাদ মতো চিজের কিউব ৩ টে।  প্রণালি ---------- প্রথমে গ্যাসে মাঝারি আঁচে পাত্র বসিয়ে,তাতে সাদা তেল গরম করে নিতে হবে। তেল গরম হলে পেঁয়াজ কুচি দিয়ে হালকা ভেজে নিয়ে সব সবজি দিয়ে ½ মিনিট মতো রান্না করে তাতে গোলমরিচ গুঁড়ো,চিনি, সয়া সস আর স্বাদ মতো নুন দিয়ে ভালো করে মিশিয়ে নিতে হবে। এবার ১ টেবিল চামচ পিৎজা - পা স্ত্তা সস দিয়ে ভালো করে মিশিয়ে নিয়ে সেদ্ধ করে রাখা চাউমিন দিয়ে ভালো করে মিশিয়ে নিতে হবে। মেশানো হয়ে গেলে গ্যাস বন্ধ করে কিছুটা ড্রাই পার্সলে দিয়ে নামিয়ে নিতে হবে। ১ টা মাইক্রোওয়েভ প্রুফ বাটিতে মাখন মাখিয়ে নিয়ে মোমো গুলো সাজিয়ে নিয়ে  , মোমো র ওপরে পরিমাণ মতো পিৎজা - পা স্ত্তা সস দিয়ে মোমো র ২ পিঠ ভালো করে মাখিয়ে নিতে হবে। মাখানো হয়ে গেলে ওপর থেকে রান্না করে রাখা চাউমিন সাজিয়ে দিতে হবে পরিমাণ মতো। তারপর চিজ গ্রেট করে দিতে হবে । চিজ গ্রেট করে দেওয়ার পর ওপরে ড্রাই পার্সলে আর অল পারপাস সিসনিং। দিয়ে মাইক্রো - কনভেকশন এ ২০০° সেলসিয়াস এ ৭ মিনিট বেক করে নিলেই তৈরি বেকড চিকেন মোমো অগ্রাটিন।                        ধন্যবাদ।   PLEASE SUBSCRIBE MY CHANNEL FOR MORE SUCH RECEIPES AND DON\'T FORGET TO LIKE AND SHARE THE VIDEO WITH YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
