'Ingredients :  Jim Jam Biscuits                  3 Pck (Any Cream Biscuits) Milk                                         1 Cup Eno                                          2 Tbsp Oil                                           ½ Tbsp Water                                      2-3 Glass Cashews (Optional)             4-5 pieces        Preparation    :  Biscuit Powder  Take one biscuit separate cream and jam from it. Keep the biscuit in separate bowl and cream and jam in another. Repeat this for every biscuit. Grind the biscuits, make fine powder Take it in bowl and start pouring milk in little proportion Stir well and make it paste Add Eno and mix well in one circular direction. Keep aside for 5 Mins and cover the lid. Take a small bowl, apply oil over the inside part as shown in the video. Pour the cake paste into the bowl, tap it well. Take a big kadai/container/pan, keep hot utensil stand inside it and pour 2-3 glasses of water in it. Pre heat for 5 Mins. Keep the cake bowl inside the container. Boil it for 20-30 Mins. Post 30 mins, please check if the cake has become fluffy by inserting a tooth pick or knife in it. (It shouldn’t stick to the tooth pick, if it is sticking then boil for more 5 Mins). Your Cake is ready. Take out the Cake bowl from the container Remove the cake by turning the bowl upside down and tapping over it. Take cream and jam and add Milk (2 Tbsp) and stir well. Keep it in refrigerator for 15 Mins. Pour cream over the cake and add some cashews (optional) for toppings.  YOUR JIM JAM BISCUITS PASTRY CAKE IS READY TO BE SERVED…!!'
