He spent ten years perfecting the art of hospitality while working for the Gibsons Restaurant Group: Gibson Rush, Gibsons Rosemont, Hugo\'s Rush, LUXBAR and Quartino. In 2018, Bill Murray and his family hired Michael to open and oversee their new project: Murray Bros. Caddyshack Restaurant in Rosemont where he still currently works.'
