'Takoyaki Octopus Balls originate in Japan but are popular in other Asian countries such as China. Rounded molds are filled with a yummy batter made with flour, soy sauce, eggs, diced octopus, and dashi. This fluffy treat is topped with Japanese mayonnaise, sweet and spicy sauce, aonori flakes (seaweed), and bonito flakes (dried tuna) which almost come alive on the surface!  #FarOutFood'
