The cook  INGREDIENTS Marinade: 2 Tbsp. soy sauce 2 Tbsp. seaseme oil 2 Tbsp. Honey 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 1/4 of an green apple 1/4 of an yellow onion 2 Tbsp. Fresh ginger, finely peeled and grated  2 garlic cloves, minced 1 lb. Chicken thigh meat Blend until smooth in any blender, pour onto chicken to cover.    Flour dredge: 2 cups all-purpose flour  1 cup  corn starch or potato starch 1 Tbsp. garlic powder 1 Tbsp. salt  Fryer temp 350 degrees  Crepe mix 1 cup all-purpose flour 2 large eggs 1 cup whole milk 1/4 tspn. salt 2 Tbsp. melted butter Whisk until smooth  Spicy mayo 1 cup mayo of your choice 2 Table spoon siracha use less if you want less spicy 1/4 cup orange juice 1 Tbsp. garlic powder 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce  Music from YouTube library  #foodwars #cooking #cosplay'
