'How to get to Davao City Coastal Road [Bisaya]'

(Particularly, Talomo and Bago Aplaya). It was a gloomy day (been raining a lot since the past few months). There were a lot of and davaoenos chilling around trying to take photos (also a lot of cyclists and skaters too! ). Vehicles were not permitted to go inside yet so it was quite a walk. The recreational parks were also closed. Still, it was quite a view ! Awesome experience !
