'Coriander Mint Chutney is the most basic Indian dip / sauce recipe. It can be enjoyed with a variety of dishes such as cutlets, sandwich, vada pav, idli, dosa and many more. Ingredients: Chat masala Ground nuts ¼ tsp cumin seed powder Few mint leaves ½ lemon juice 2 green chillies 1 ½ cup coriander leaves Salt o taste Water as required Method: Mix all the ingredients in the blender adding little water and churn to make a smooth chutney.
