'Ingredients: - 2 lbs Boneless Chicken Thigh - ½ cup Katakuri Powder - Oil, for frying Seasoning: - 3 Tbsp Sake - 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce - 2 tsp Salt - 1 Tbsp Garlic, grated - 1 tsp Ginger, grated - Plenty of Black Pepper, to taste Instructions: 1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. 2. In a large bowl, mix chicken and the seasoning. Rest it in the fridge for at least one hour. 3. Sprinkle katakuri powder and mix well. 4. Preheat plenty of oil over medium heat (preferred oil temperature: 330F) 5. Carefully fry chicken until done.'
