'Tomato chicken dry masala | How to make tomato chicken masala An ultimate tomato based masala is very light and tasty. I have made it without onion. Few dishes I tried without onion. The touch of green chillies added at final stage enhances the taste of the recipe and a completely different flavour on the whole. Also... a Paleo / Keto friendly!!! Ingredients: 750 Chicken 3 tomatoes chopped 20 - 30gm butter 1 inch cinnamon 5-6 cloves 1 tsp fennel seeds 1 1/2 Tblsp ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp turmeric 2 tsp chilli powder 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp cumin powder Curry leaves Coriander leaves 2 green chillies halved Salt Direction : Heat butter in a pan add cinnamon, cloves and fennel seeds. Add tomatoes and fry for 3-4 min until it get cooked. Cover it for 2 mins and let it cook fast. Add turmeric , chilli powder , cumin powder, garam masala , salt into it and stir until the masalas mix well with the tomatoes. Add chicken pieces , stir well. No need to add water. Cover for 4-5 mins. In between open the lid and stir. Once chicken get cooked well add curry leaves, coriander leaves and mix. Before off the heat add 2 green chillies halved to get the flavour. Serve hot just the dry chicken masala to the Paleo/ Keto followers.
