'Bill Granger is a restaurateur. And since he opened his first, eponymous cafe in Sydney’s Darlinghurst 22 years ago, his restaurant empire has expanded to Hawaii, Korea, Japan, Australia and London.  He has published a dozen cookbooks and presented five cooking programs on television.  His success has come from combining simple and fresh food with the casual, relaxed, outdoors Australian lifestyle which is very popular with the rest of the world.
