'Clean Bulking Meal Plan: Gain Muscle Without Fat'

Get more advice on how to gain weight: http://www.weightgainblueprint.com/view/yt15f  When it comes to the proper clean bulking meal plan it is so incredibly important to dial in your macros, as in how many total calories you need to eat, and how many grams of protein, carbs, and healthy fats you optimally need to reach your goal.  The key to this working is that you want to consume just about 500 calories more than your surplus so you have enough for muscle growth and you don’t have a big \"spill over\" effect which can be detrimental to your progress.  If you pack on too much body fat during your bulking plan it will be impossible to reach a shredded physique in 12-16 weeks when you cut as you will have to be in too drastic of a calorie surplus causing you to lose muscle mass, exactly what we don’t want!  Here are a few thoughts on how to set up the proper clean bulking meal plan to gain muscle without fat.  Step 1 is you need to figure out your exact macro requirements so you can stay on track.  The best thing you can do is figure out your calorie requirements using some great calculators online, or you can be lazy and just multiply your bodyweight by 15 and add about 500-1,000 to this number to factor in your activity level and how much training you do.  Then most importantly you need to check your results each week and make sure you are gaining 0.75 - 1.25 lbs per week.  If you are gaining less you need to up your calories. If you are gaining more you need to taper it down. I call this guesstimate and check.  Ideally you want your macros to be around the following:  Protein - at least 1 gram of protein per lb. of bodyweight Carbs - at least 1.5-2.0 grams of carbs per lb. of bodyweight Fat - at least 25% of total calorie count should come from healthy fats  So what type of food is best?
