'The Common Myna, Acridotheres tristis,  is omnivorous and feeds on insects, arachnids, crustaceans, reptiles and small mammals. It takes seeds, grain and fruits and discarded waste from human habitation. The generic name \'Acridotheres\' means \'grasshopper hunter\'. In this video as the nest is being converted to a comfortable home for the pair, many items are brought to it which include small twigs. dry broom sticks, wood chips, leaves, feathers, plastics, insects and  snake skin.'
