'Episode 1 of my new series Anime Food IRL. Episode 1 is the Gotcha Pork from Shokugeki No Soma.  Here are the ingredients: Ingredients: 1 Package of thick cut bacon (Flavor of your Choice)  Stuffing 6 medium to large Yukon gold potatoes 3 Eringi or King Oyster Mushroom 1 Large White Onion 2 Tb of butter or Lard to cook the mushrooms and onions  Sauce (Red Wine Reduction) 2 Cups Of Red Cooking Wine (Pinot Noir) 1/4 of \"Sweet\" Sake (If you cant find sweet sake add 1Tb of Honey) 2Tb Soy Sauce 2 Tb Butter'
