'Shokugeki no Soma * Chaliapin Steak Don'

'Shokugeki no Soma Chaliapin Steak Don was feature in episode 6 and 7 of anime Shokugeki no Soma (Food Wars).  Although the recipe is from an anime, I found it to be delicious and legit. Enjoy! Ingredients: Sirlion steak 180g Black pepper and salt Olive oil 2 tbsp  Onion 1 to 2 Butter 2 tbsp Salt  Red wine 50 ml Soy sauce 1 tbsp Sugar 1/2 tbsp Potato starch 1/3 tsp  Rice 1 bowl Pickled plum paste 1 or 2 Sugar 1/2 tsp Spring onion  主料： 沙朗牛排 180克 黑胡椒和鹽 橄欖油 2湯匙  洋蔥 1〜2颗 奶油 2湯匙 鹽  紅酒 50毫升 醬油 1湯匙 糖 1/2汤匙 马铃薯粉 1/3茶匙  米饭 1碗 梅子干 1或两粒 糖 1/2茶匙 青蔥'
