'Thanks again for watching another video. This genuinely tastes unreal!   280g Tofu  100g Edamame beans 100g mixed frozen vegetables 40g BBQ sauce  Sesame seeds are optional.   The Tofu will go in the oven for around 20-30 mins. Shake the tofu around at least once half way through to ensure the bottom goes crispy.
