Healthy Birthday Cake Protein Cookies Meal Prep  Servings  12  Cookies INGREDIENTS 3/4 Cup (60g) Oat Flour 2 Scoops Birthday Cake Whey Protein 6 Tbsp Liquid Egg Whites 2 Tbsp PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter 2 Tbsp Coconut Flakes 1 Serving Nonfat Greek Yogurt Coconut Flavor 1 Tsp Baking Powder 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract 1 Tsp Sprinkles  INSTRUCTIONS In a large bowl add the following ingredients: Oat flour, Birthday Cake Protein powder (or vanilla Protein), Egg Whites, PB2, Coconut flakes, greek yogurt, baking powder, and vanilla extract. Mix all of the ingredients together until you get a cookie dough consistency. Pre-heat oven to 350 F. In a large baking pan, make 12 cookies and add sprinkles to the top of the cookies.
