'It\'s been 3 months since my last meal prep video so apologies about that! Getting back on track with this high protein vegan meal prep this week. Hopefully should help you improve your vegan physique. It\'s easy, cheap and not heavy on calories and can be pretty versatile with sauces. I tend to go for the Teriyaki on this one to be honest.   Anyways, onto the charity thing. I just thought it would be great to help out some charities and all you need to do to help towards this is like, subscribe and comment and help a smaller channel through the ranks on here!   I know we all have a few charities close to our hearts but a good idea would be donating to a Vegan specific one.   One idea is the @Viva! Charity but let me know your thoughts.'
