'In this gummy vs real extreme video the Urban Juniors try out some meat alternative protein sources in a gummy bugs vs real bugs food challenge. Insects, Yum! The kids eat termites which was pretty gross. They also eat meal worms which was super gross!  Out of the termites, the meal worms, the crickets and the mopane worms, the mopane worms were by far the worst.  Interesting factoid #1:   Mopane worms are an important source of protein for millions in the warmer parts of Southern Africa.  Interesting factoid #2:  Mealworms have historically been consumed in many Asian countries, particularly in Southeast Asia.  Interesting factoid #3:  Termites are consumed by people in many different cultures around the world.
