Here\'s the recipe I used: 1/2 cup layer crumbles moistened with dried hibiscus flower tea 1/2 cup or soaked dried plantain leaves 1/4 cup soaked rose hips 5 grams of agar agar power Bring 1 cup of water to a boil on the stove Stir in five grams of agar agar power until dissolved Add hibiscus-tea moistened layer crumbles Add common plantain Add rose hips Stir into a wet oatmeal-like consistency Pour into a low, flat, plastic container Refrigerate overnight Cut into cubes and feed your tortoises!
