'Ahmedabad is widely known for it\'s street food and an interesting catch here is unlike other cities which are known for it\'s street food, ahmedabad street food has multiple dimensions to it.This must surely be evident from our Ahmedabad Food Tour Playlist on our channel. through this video we tried to cover one of these directions. We visited food truck park named Food junction near Rajpath Club, Ahmedabad. Unlike the concept of food trucks as street food culture, the concept of food truck parks inculcated a new trend. The place had over 20 food trucks each of them serving a unique menu. There were also around 100-150 dining tables for people to seat have have their dinner. The ambiance of the place made both our buddies amazed. The place served all cuisines ranging from Mexican to Chinese including Indian cuisine with a unique touch to it. https://www.instagram.com/youeatmeinsane/ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LJ3BShb8tc0 For setting up the taste we started with shots of plum puree in the glasses with salt rims over dry ice. it has uniquely good texture. It was thick, it tasted like plum smoothie blended with some mocktail like taste. Next we went to \"Eat n Meet barbecue food truck. This food truck is known for serving paneer tikka with melted cheese over it. We tried 2 different dishes, Tandoori Paneer and Phudina Paneer. Both of them were equally good and tasty. Although these dishes are commonly available in Indian restaurants, but they had some unique touch to their taste. there was a subtle pinch of smoky charcoal flavor blended with the taste of the spices. Also the cheese melted with blowtorch added a plus point to its taste and presentation. Our next dish was Paneer Manchurian which is a blend of paneer chili and Manchurian. The texture of the coating of the paneer balls was really tasty and crispy. This dish is a perfect option for munching. The next dish up was cheese corn balls. It was my personal favorite. The cheese filling and the texture was heavenly. It tasted so awesome with the mint and tomato chutney. Our next experience from a truck which is known to serve over 2000 varieties of sandwiches. We tries Tarka Sandwich, a spicy sandwich made with focaccia like bread with vegetable stuffing. It was topped with butter, spices and loads of shredded cheese. Again the chutney served along was just the cherry on the cake. We ended this amazing experience with the ice cream roll. It was made on the spot over the frozen griddle. The one we tried was called Chocolate Blink. It was made up by thoroughly mixing Oreos, Nutella, KitKats, chocolate sauce and other chocolate toppings along the chocolate cream. The ice cream felt very smooth and accurately sweet. It was an amazing experience. The dish was so lovely that words only can not justify it, same would be evident from our reaction in the video. It was a great and unique experience at Food Junction. There was a huge variety of options available, that you get tired only reading them. It was like a carnival for die hard foodies. In addition to this, the owners of these trucks were very jolly and were perfect at suggesting of the best dishes. We enjoyed it a lot, we hope you enjoyed it too.
