'KYOTAKO: Takoyaki in PH  Cheap Eats in Manila. Kyotako serves the most authentic Takoyaki in Metro Manila today. It was started in 2015 by Japanese national Keichiro Okamato when he opened his first branch at the University of Santo Tomas. Currently there are 3 branches and today we visit their al fresco stall at SM Mall of Asia (the biggest mall in Asia)'
