'http://www.youtube.com/CaliforniaGard... I am using the Waring Pro Food Dehydrator to dry some fresh fruit off my nectarine tree. The tree was loaded this year so lots to experiment with. I used lemon juice to soak the fruit and then dried over night. It worked great and turned out a high quality dehydrated nectarine.
