'Vietnam street food – Cooking Spider Octopus for 3 People Family Dinner Meal in Vietnam'

'Vietnam street food is normally cheap. But it is definitely not the case of octopus. It costs $15 for a street food octopus dish in Vietnam, which weights around 1lb. The octopus is super fresh and only available occasionally. I was succeeded at finding fresh octopus to eat during the first time I went to the North Sea in Vietnam. It takes more than 30 minutes just to clean octopus. Good Vietnam street food takes time. The cook told me not everyone can be knowledgeable enough to clean and cook octopus.  He did an amazing job at cooking grilled BBQ octopus. The outcome from octopus tastes delicious, crunchy, rubbery and well marinated.
