'I recently came across quite a bit of extra cilantro, so what did I do to keep it from going bad? Dry it, of course! :) I also used a bit in fresh salsa, but that\'s another story. I also had extra parsley on hand, so added that into the dehydrator to kill two birds with one stone. My dehydrator is an old Harvester Maid I got from my mom, but obviously the same rules apply to basically all dehydrators. Thanks for watching!
