'Using a dehydrator to make strawberry fruit roll-ups (leathers)'

'Strawberry leathers are great tasting, and a fairly healthy snack.  Here\'s my method using an Excalibur Dehydrator, 1 cup of frozen strawberry\'s, 1/3 cup Strawberry Spread, and 1 cup of applesauce.    A decent blender like the Magic Bullet makes things easier.  Just set the dehydrator for 14 hours and forget it, no need for turning over, comes out perfect every time.'
