'Ingredients :  Stuff Bhaaji     : Potato                                     3 Corn                                       1 Bowl Capsicum (Small Pieces)        ½ Bowl Beans                                      ½ Bowl Carrot (Small Pieces)             ½ Bowl Salt                                          1 tbsp Haldi                                       ½ tbsp Red Chilli Powder                  1 tbsp Garam Masala                        1 tbsp Chaat Masala                         1 tbsp Oil                                               2 tbsp Tomato Sauce    Dough / Atta Maida                            2 Bowl Salt                                          1 tbsp Water                                      1 Cup Oil                                           2 tbsp   Preparation    :  Stuff Bhaaji  1.Boil, Corn, Potato, Beans, Capsicum, Carrot. 2.Take a Kadai 3.Add Oil, after oil is heated, add beans, capsicum, carrot, corn. 4.Fry it for 5 Mins. 5.Add Haldi, Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, Chaat Masala Add Salt. 6.Fry it for 5 Mins. 7.Add Crushed Potatoes. 8.Add Coriander 9.Mix it properly for 3 Mins. 10.Stuff Bhaaji is ready to be taken into a bowl.   Making Dough  1.Take a container and add Maida 2.Add Salt and Oil 3.Add Water as mentioned above in ingredients. 4.Start kneading dough. 5.Keep aside for 10-15 Mins covering it with wet cloth.    Making Momos  1.Make small balls of the dough. 2.Start rolling the balls like you make puri’s. 3.Add stuff bhaaji on the puri and cover it as shown in the video. 4.Take a big container/pan/ kadai, add 1 5.cup of water and keep hot utensil stand inside. 6.Pre heat for 10 mins. 7.Take a container (chalni – as shown in the video) and spread oil in it. 8.Take the made momos and put inside the container and keep it over the hot utensil stand. 9.Keep some distance between each momos, otherwise it will stick to each other. 10.Cover it with the lid. 11.Boil for 20 Mins, till they become soft. Remove those momos from the container.     YOUR MOMOS ARE READY TO SERVED WITH SCHEZWAN CHUTNEY / SAUCE.'
