Bake preheated oven on 180 c for 1 hour Take another tray put empty can insert thyme sprigs and chopped garlic and pour orange juice in the Can.Fix the Chicken on Can standing position and bake for 180 C for an hour.Take a pan add butter, sauté onions, add carrots and mushrooms, flour & mix well add chicken juice in the vegetables mix and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Serve Roasted Chicken with the vegetable sauce and baked potatoes and lettuce leaves. Enjoy Honey garlic shrimps : Ingredients: Olive oil 2 tsp Honey 2 tbsp Garlic 1 tsp minced Shrimps half packet Instruction: Shallow fry the shrimps and keep set aside cook in the same pan add garlic honey for 1 minute and add shrimps fold and serve hot. Tips: Sprinkle spring onion on top of the shrimps Citrus Salad: Ingredients: Orange 1 Grape fruit 1 Pomegranate 1 tbsp seeds Salt to taste Pepper ¼ tsp Olive oil 1 tsp Cheese grated 1 tbsp Peel the orange and Grape fruit and cut in round thin slices, place them on plate. Sprinkle the seasoning, olive oil, pomegranate and cheese on top. Enjoy Cookie milk Shake: Ingredients: Cookies 5 Milk 2 cups Banana 4 Sugar 1 tbsp Ice cubes as required Instructions: Add all the ingredients in blender and blend well until smooth.
