'In this episode, Habiba cooked a royal turkey tajine that her grandmother was cooking for the king of Morocco. I met with Habiba in the old suburb of Marrakesh. Habiba and I have travelled to one of the villages around Atlas mountain to buy an organic-raised turkey from 14 year old Abdullah.
