Instead of spending your money on the store bought jerky, why not buy your own beef and make your own flavored beef jerky! Making your own jerky you know there are no extra ingredients that we can’t pronounce added, so you can adjust the flavor to your personal taste.   Since it is the summer time, the weather is hotter and it will take a little bit quicker to dry the meat! It’s a great snack to make and packed with protein! Let’s get started!
