'Homesteading off the grid solar dehydrator. In this video I use my solar dehydrator to make a batch of home made beef jerky. Homesteading off the grid means you have to do things in a more basic way Home made beef jerky is easy to make with a little help from the sun. My solar dehydrator was made from scrap and found materials. I use it to dry vegetables as well.
