'I split my time between Austin, Texas and Santa Teresa, Costa Rica right now and this is how I eat when I am here in Costa Rica... Spending time here in the ocean (I surf everyday), sun, and warmth I can\'t help but think about how this is the climate humans evolved in... Surrounded by myriad animals to hunt, bees with their hives and honey and many different types of fruit that come into season throughout the year... Near the equator, food abounds in landscapes that have not been disturbed by human interventions, like monocrop farming... I saw this when I was with the Hadza in Tanzania earlier this year, as well. First and foremost, they are hunters. They literally live to hunt, speaking about it, dreaming about it and preparing for it constantly. They also relish honey (which they are quite adept at finding) and fruit.... It\'s only when these more desirable foods aren\'t available that they turn to plant parts we might consider vegetables (leaves, stems, roots, seeds)... My diet is now fairly consistent day to day, with a few ounces of organs either fresh or desiccated (from @heartandsoilsupplements), around 1g of protein/lb of body weight, fruit and honey... I posted a photo taken yesterday earlier this week on here so you can see what my body composition is like right now. I break all of this down in this video. I hope it\'s helpful for you guys!
