'Stay up to date with all our Quickbites and exciting projects from Change Food! http://eepurl.com/bDJ_Lf Change Food helps individuals change the way they eat by raising public awareness, educating consumers and motivating behavior change so that all people have access to nutritious, delicious food. We provide tools and resources so anyone can educate, raise awareness and create change in their local community. This has been happening for some time, but just asking, being curious about their food, wanting to know where it comes from; whether it’s a radish or it’s a pig or a chicken or a carrot or an apple. It’s also important to have contact with a farmer himself, to know the farmer, to understand how this particular product is being raised. I think labels are something that people tend to look at, you have to look at those things but still asking those questions. Asking the people or whoever your closest contacts are to where you’re buying your food. Ask the questions. Want to get to know us more?
