'How to make HUMMINGBIRD FOOD ~ DIY Hummingbird Nectar or Bear Juice'

'Annie and Grandma make Hummingbird Nectar.  They have also learned that if you live in an area that bear also inhabit they LOVE to drink it!  Well it\'s sugar water so Duh!  LOL  Thank goodness Grandma doesn\'t have to worry about Bear!    The recipe for the nectar as suggested from the Smithsonian Migratory Bird Center National Zoo is what Grandma recommends as well.    Directions for making safe hummingbird food:   Hummingbird Nectar Recipe Directions for making safe hummingbird food:  1. Mix 1 part sugar with 4 parts water and bring to a boil to kill any bacteria or mold present. 2. Cool and fill feeder. 3. Extra sugar water may be stored in a refrigerator. 4.
