Ingredients Sesame oil 2 tbsp garlic diced 2 tbsp ginger diced 2 cups of rice 1 bowl spring onions  Half cup of French beans diced  Half cup cubed carrots  Boiled Brest piece of chicken  1 tbsp vinegar  2 tsp soya sauce  2 tsp chilli sauce 1 tbsp chopped celery 2 tbsp sprigs of green onion  Half bowl of capsicum  2 eggs  2 tbsp of milk  Salt Black pepper  Method - Put oil in a pan, then add garlic ginger and red chillies.
