'OK, if there is no cake then it is automatically a SHTF situation to me ;) Seriously though, having easy access to cake, cookie, or biscuit mix in a fashion that extends its normal shelf life significantly. I will be using this thoughout the year ( revacuusealing it and reporting on it\'s freshness and stability.
