'The Beep Test causes a huge amount of stress for so many ADF and Police Applicants! In this video we teach you how to conduct efficient and correct Beep Test Turns.   Remaining efficient is crucial during the turn around as you need to save time and energy to utilise in the higher levels. Throwing in extra steps and movements is only going to prohibit you from being efficient.   This video goes through the correct technique, what you are not allowed to do and what you shouldn\'t do.
