'After processing your canning jars and they have rested for 24 hrs it is time to check to see if they have sealed. If you find a jar that hasn\'t sealed you have two options either re-processing that jar in your canner for the same recommended processing time in your recipe or putting that jar in the fridge and eating that jar first.
