'BETTER TO HAVE AND NOT NEED, THAN TO NEED AND NOT HAVE. GET PREPARED! AFTER YOU HAVE STORED ENOUGH RICE, BEANS, AND WATER, GREAT 2ND TIER ITEMS INCLUDE PASTA, WITH SAUCE, OATS, POWDERED MILK, PANCAKE MIX, CANNED FRUIT AND VEGETABLES, AND SOUPS. BUY SPICES AND SALT/PEPPER/SUGAR TO FLAVOR YOUR FOOD. I ALSO HAVE MAPLE SYRUP, CRUSHED PEPPERS, AND SOY SAUCE. A MIX OF FOOD SEEDS ARE GREAT TO HAVE ALSO, MINE ARE IN A MASON JAR IN MY FREEZER WITH RICE TO KEEP THEM DRY. I LIKE PUTTING A PINCH OF RICE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE MASON JARS, THEN USING 500CC+ OF OXYGEN ABSORBERS AT THE TOP, THEN I PLACE THEM IN THE FREEZER FOR 3 DAYS. THEN STORE JARS IN A COOL, DRY AND DARK PLACE. CENTER OF LID POPS DOWN WHEN SEALED. STORING FOOD IS A FORM OF LIFE INSURANCE IN MY OPINION. IT\'S A GREAT PIECE A MIND. THANKS FOR WATCHING MY VIDEO!!!
